We have a 3 bottle minimum per order. As a heads up, a case is 12 bottles for those looking to take advantage of our free shipping option.

All orders must be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older. If possible, we HIGHLY recommend setting your shipping address to your office (if you have one), or a place where an adult will be present during normal delivery hours to sign for the delivery. This is super important! If the delivery is returned the return shipping cost will be charged to the card attached to your order. If we have to send it again, you'll be re-charged for shipping and before you know it, you've spent more on shipping than you did for your wine?! Let's help each other make this process as economical and efficient as possible.

We are a super small team. Please be patient with us - sometimes it may take a few days before your order goes out. If you need your wine to be expedited for any reason, please say so in your order notes, and/or reach out to us directly via email. We always do our best to get orders shipped out ASAP. If you are placing an order Friday-Sunday your order will be packed and shipped Monday.

General

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3 pm PST will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.
Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date via UPS or GLS.

Wine Club

You can log in on our website. You can access your account on the top right with the ‘human’ icon.
We offer 3 shipments per year in 6 or 12 bottle increments. You can visit our Wine Club page to see what the current offering includes.
Log into your account on our website. You can access your account on the top right with the ‘human’ icon. Once in your account you’ll see ‘VIEW MY MEMBERSHIPS’. You can click on that button. In your membership page, you’ll see ‘Add or edit wine options’ on the bottom left hand side of the page. Here you can add whichever bottles you’d like. Please remember we only ship in 3 bottle increments and you will receive free shipping on 12 bottles.
You can cancel your wine club subscription on our website by logging into your account. You access your account on the top right with the ‘human’ icon. Once in your account you’ll see ‘VIEW MY MEMBERSHIPS’. You can click on that button. Once in your membership page you’ll see ‘Cancel Membership’ on the bottom left of the page. Click on that and you’re all set. Once canceled you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please reach out to us directly so we can verify the cancellation.

If you’d like to pause or skip a shipment please email us directly at orders@subjecttochangewine.com and we can manually make this change for you.
Unfortunately if your subscription has already been processed we are unable to refund you or have the shipment returned. We advise 7 days prior to a club shipment that the wines are on the way in order to provide members time to make adjustments if needed. If shipments are sent to the wrong address because changes were not made in time the customer will be responsible for associated fees to re-route orders. Thanks for understanding, unfortunately without this policy, shipping wine is not economically feasible for us.

Winery Visits

Our winery isn’t ready for visitors just yet. We hope to have a tasting room set up in 2023.

If you’d like to make an appointment for a group tasting (6 or more) please reach out to us directly at hello@subjecttochangewine.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note we are only ordinarily at the winery Monday-Friday.
