2020 "This is Not Wine" Sparkling Apple Cider Pressed on Pinot Noir Skins
Cider is great. Pinot Noir is king. Now put it all together! We fermented pressed apple juice on top of Pinot Noir skins and let it all finish fermenting in the bottle. The result? A delicious appley/rosey cider with a soft effervescence and a lower ABV for chill sipping!
This wine is ALIVE, and active. Please give the Cider at least a few hours to settle, and open very, very carefully over a sink at a 45° angle.
